BRUTAL REPRESSION OF OUR FISHERMEN #Compostela #Galiza #fishingquotas #taxes

Very strong repression from the police of our fishermen in Santiago de Compostela, they were claiming for their future and the future of their families. Hundreds of people suffering the new fishing quotas  and taxes imposed from Madrid with no sense at all. Our representatives in the Galician Parliament also suffered injuries by the police. The arrested fishermen have just been released.

Some fishermen are still enclosed at the Galician Parliament and they will stay there until the Galician responsable for fisheries negociates with them. They didn't  receive any previous negociations about this matter. We'll see what happend
